VisiLean Terms of Usage

By registering, you agree to these terms:

VisiLean Ltd. (we):

• - maintain a Visilean service with an uptime of at least 98.0% for each month
• - maintain administrative, physical and technical safeguards for the protection, confidentiality and integrity of your data
• - ensure confidentiality of all information provided by customers and users to us
• - maintain and improve Visilean service functionality over time and provide information and technical support as needed
• - warrant that Visilean service as such is free from malicious code of any type (excluding customer data)

Customer (you):

• - provide Visilean with accurate, complete and up-to-date contact information
• - store your user name and password properly and inform Visilean immediately if they are lost or stolen
• - use the service for its intended purpose, not for illegal or inappropriate data sharing
• - are responsible for your own data stored in Visilean, including ensuring it doesn?t contain any malicious code
• - are responsible for maintaining your own Visilean user license pool (if applicable)
